Mr. Prignoli is Head of Acquisitions and Capital Markets for Wedgewood Capital Group, a Lehigh Valley based vertically integrated multifamily investment firm, which has acquired over $33M worth of multifamily real estate and has over $50M in assets under management (AUM), when including Wedgewood’s affiliate property management company, Ethel Street Management which also takes on 3rd party contracts selectively.
Jason holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from
Penn State University and a Master Degree in Policy from Dartmouth College.
Mr. Lord is Head of Asset Management for Wedgewood Capital Group and the Head of Operations for Ethel Street Management, the in-house property management firm. In addition to overseeing business plan renovation budgeting and execution, he manages the Ethel Street Management team of 6 in-house employees and 6 maintenance technicians that has operated over 400 apartment units since the company’s inception. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Pennsylvania.
Jake holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
Mr. Tonn oversees all finance and technology aspects of the firm as well as Wedgewood’s in-house property management company. Josh holds a CPA in the state of California with foundations in accounting and financial operational as well as M&A, project management, and technology strategy.
Past experiences include Audit at KPMG (Big 4), Corporate Accounting/M&A Integration at Invitae (a public biotech), and Business Transformation at CFGI (boutique management consulting firm).
Josh holds a BS in Accounting from Penn State University.
Wedgewood vertically integrates property management capabilities by bringing in-house and executing the day-to-day management of Wedgewood’s portfolio. This enables us to optimize operational processes, implement capital expenditures projects and furnish institutional-quality accounting and financial reporting.
Jason is a Co-Founder and Head of Investments for Wedgewood Capital Group, overseeing acquisitions and capital markets. Since its inception, the firm has successfully acquired over $23 million in multifamily assets.
Jason holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State and a Master’s Degree from Dartmouth College.
Jake leads asset management for Wedgewood Capital Group and is head of operations for Wedgewood’s affiliate property management company, Ethel Street Management. He’s overseen operations, business plan execution, and reporting for over 400+ units.
Jake holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State.
Josh oversees all financial aspects of the firm as well as Wedgewood’s affiliate property management company. Josh holds a CPA in the state of California with 8+ years experience in accounting and operational finance with a focus on M&A, project management, and system implementations.
